Items are generally shipped within 48 hours of payment. All items are shipped by U.S.P.S. via 1st class mail unless otherwise mentioned in the item listing or if they fit in the same package as a Parcel Post item. Items will be sent in combined packages wherever possible.
There is no meet up or pick up for any item.
Combined shipping discounts are calculated in the checkout system and are based on a single payment being made at one time for all items.
International buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and or fees imposed by their government if there is any such tax, duties or fees. Please check your country's customs regulations before buying. Please note that items are not listed with shipping rates for international sales. Please contact me for international shipping and handling cost quotes and direct purchases.

Due to licensing agreements I can not ship anything made by Craftwell to the UK.

I have done my best to accurately describe each item. If you receive an item that is not exactly as described, please contact me. I promise to work out an equitable solution towards your satisfaction.
All jewelry items have a 14 day no questions asked return eligibility which includes original shipping paid but not your cost to return it.
I will give a 14 Days Return Warranty for items not covered by manufacturer warranty. The 14 days Return policy ONLY covers manufacturer defects. Damaged items due to an accident by you cannot be returned for exchange. This covers for an exchange of identical items only after you have returned the original at your shipping expense. Items covered by manufacturer warranty will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer's warranty location by the buyer.
Software and Book products are not eligible for return or exchange except for improper discription of the product.
Items physically damaged in shipping are eligible for replacement after proof of damage within 14 days of receipt of item except software products. Insurance is available for software products if desired at a rate of $2.65 for up to $50.00, $3.25 for $50.00 to $100.00 and $3.75 for $100.00 to $200.00 of purchase price only, insurance does not include S&H fees. Please contact me in advance of payment if you wish insurance on software products and I will send you the appropriate invoice for such. Insurance is not available for international orders.
For return or exchange, buyer is responsible to send back the item within 14 days at the buyer's expense. Please note that prior approval is needed for a return or exchange. Please contact me before returning an item to obtain approval. Buyer is required to enclose in the returned item package the following information: Date of purchase, Where purchased (mention this eCrater store or if it was a direct purchase), Original Method of Payment with date of payment and the name the person or company the payment was made from, The email address that was used when making the purchase, The address to send the replacement to (or refund to if original payment was made with a cashiers check or money order) and, The reason for the return or exchange. Any additional information you believe to be needed would be welcomed. Please note that occasionally a replacement may not be available and as such a refund will be made instead.
