OLFA’s new premium circle cutter is perfect for cutting circles out in fabric, leather, paper, vinyl, film, wallpaper and more. Unique new ratchet handle is simple and easy to use and greatly reduces wrist fatigue. Designed for both right and left-handed use, the rotary circle cutter easily and efficiently cuts clean, perfect circles from 1-7/8” to 8-1/2” (marked in inches and centimeters). Includes a built-in slide blade cover for safety, a plastic guard to cover the pivot spike when not in use and a premium quality blade of superior sharpness and durability. The pivot spike cover is neatly stored on the cutter when cutting. Uses RB18 (standard) replacement blades.
